Many of the known molecular components of the Drosophila
melanogaster circadian clock share the property of being rhythmically
transcribed. To discover additional clock components, we performed
microarrays experiments to search the fly transcriptome for rhythmically
transcribed genes. Below are links to our raw microarray data and to our
paper, in which a detailed description of the experiments and results
may be found.
